Book and Book Offer Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day “no worries” guarantee on all non-subscription products such as the book, audio book, and trainings offered at the time of purchasing the book. If you view, read, or watch our trainings and you are still not happy with the quality of our content, please contact [email protected].

If you wish to receive a refund, you must request a refund in writing by contacting [email protected] and your request must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase for the “no worries” guarantee.

Emotional Mastery System Refund Policy

We do offer a specific refund policy for our Emotional Mastery System through our “Stress-Free” Guarantee.

Refund Eligibility for Completion: If you fully participate and complete the coursework and assignments, track your changes for a two-month period, and demonstrate through our automated systems that you have engaged with the material, you may qualify for a full refund. This is contingent on you not experiencing any improvement in your mood, attitude, and overall well-being after adhering to all program requirements which is highly unlikely.

To initiate a refund request, please submit a written request to [email protected]. For the “Stress-Free” Guarantee, your request must be made after sixty (60) days but before ninety (90) days from your purchase date, along with evidence of your completed coursework and the tracked changes. Our support team will review your submission and guide you through the process of obtaining a refund.

Please note that this policy does not apply to situations where a participant decides to discontinue the program because they no longer want to, or are no longer able to, proceed with the program and/or coursework; in these cases, no refunds will be provided. However, the coursework will continue to be available to you for when you decide to renew your commitment and are ready to put in the time, energy, and effort for improvement.

By accepting the terms of the Agreement, you commit to agree to faithfully execute all the lessons, assignments, and course work in the Program to the best of your ability. Further, you acknowledge that everyone’s success is different, and dependent on factors such as your own drive, dedication, and motivation. Any examples of testimonials are not meant as a promise or guarantee of your own success. 

Coaching Refund Policy

Staci Rivera Coaching abides by a strict, no refund policy for coaching services and programs that include a live coaching component due to the nature of involvement, investment, and effort put forth by our company and coaching team.

Any amounts that have already been paid to Staci Rivera Coaching by you as a deposit, installment payment, or other partial payments are also NON-REFUNDABLE.

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the LIVE coaching program(s) offered by Staci Rivera Coaching.
